Built from running the thing, not selling it
Our founder has spent more than a decade building and running furnished residential operations at scale across Europe and the USA — thousands of apartments, taken from empty shells to occupied homes and back again. Before that: management consulting, and building a payments business in Greece, Cyprus and Malta from nothing to market leadership. He also invests in and owns real estate himself, bringing an owner’s and investor’s perspective to every mandate.
What that experience teaches is unglamorous and specific. Which buildings have shared-system problems that surface in year two. What a renovation actually costs when the contractor's first number meets reality. Why a property lets in nine days or ninety. Livia Property exists to put that knowledge on the owner's side of the table.
