Where a lease or guaranteed-income arrangement is discussed, Livia arranges an introduction to an independent rental operator; Livia is not itself the operator or the guarantor, and the operator makes its own decision on whether to take on a property.

All figures, ranges, yields and package prices shown are indicative estimates for illustration only; actual scope and cost are confirmed only after a site visit and a written proposal.
